This policy addresses actual, potential, and perceived conflicts of interest relative to the responsibilities of all persons acting on behalf of 91ÅÝܽ, including, but not limited to, members of the 91ÅÝܽ board of directors, accreditation policy or operating committees (Committee on 91ÅÝܽ Policy, Accounting 91ÅÝܽ Committee, Continuous Improvement Review Committee, and Initial 91ÅÝܽ Committee), peer review team members, accreditation appeal panelists, 91ÅÝܽ staff members, and independent contractors engaged by 91ÅÝܽ.

91ÅÝܽ is committed to maintaining an association that incorporates sound values and a high standard of ethics throughout its business practices. 91ÅÝܽ encourages employees, volunteers, and other parties to report good faith concerns regarding suspected violations of the law or improper conduct on the part of the organization, its staff, or volunteers. Appropriate subjects to raise under this policy would include financial improprieties, ethical violations, or operating practices contrary to 91ÅÝܽ policy.

91ÅÝܽ is committed to sustaining quality and continuous improvement of collegiate education for business administration and accounting. 91ÅÝܽ will receive and review complaints filed by third parties (e.g., students, faculty members) who claim conduct by the member school contrary to 91ÅÝܽ accreditation standards, policies, or procedures.

91ÅÝܽ volunteers, including peer review team members, mentors, and committee members, are provided with access to accreditation reports for the schools they work with. This policy serves to address the ownership of such reports and documents filed with 91ÅÝܽ by schools seeking initial or maintenance of accreditation. Additionally, this policy addresses the status of official correspondence from 91ÅÝܽ relative to accreditation matters.
